A Seminar during which you will learn how to resolve negative events of the past and be able to chart a path of healing and wholesomeness your current state and future life.
Good mental health derives from how one is able respond to events in the past and present, to create a narrative that brings one to place of peace, security and contentment. We have the potential to reside in a main state of positive emotions and this will allow us to make choices that further enhance our well being. In the Time To Heal Seminar, we focus on the attitudes we need to develop that can help us resolve painful and difficult episodes in our past and allow us to live fulfilling lives in the present and have hope for the future.
